Bryan MazzarelloBryan is the Creative Director at Mazzarello Media and Arts, a Bay Area, artisan, design studio with his wife and partner Stephanie Mazzarello. They specialized in "multimedia and design for the little guys".

Bryan has a liberal arts education and received a B.S. in Art with an emphasis in Graphics Design from Biola University, in Southern California, in spring of 2000. While in college, Bryan's art background included a strong emphasis on being a well-rounded artist with such classical courses as figure drawing, painting, photography, illustration, typography, art history and unconventional courses like art video and screenwriting.

Since his teens, Bryan has been hooked on creating positive visual experiences and always on an Apple computer. In 2001 Bryan came on the Internet scene with a passion for Web site development and online design/multimedia publishing. He has proven experience in developing Web pages (text, graphics, motion, sound, and video), utilizing standard Web languages and authoring tools. He also has a familiarity with languages such as CFML, ASP and PHP.

Bryan's diverse background also includes video and film. He interned for the cinematographer and producer Ralph Linhardt at Europa Stage and Lighting in Orange County. There he acquired the skills of lifting heavy lighting equipment, hauling 100 lbs of Bates cables, and eventually learned his way around a set.

Besides working as a lighting grip on commercial sets, Bryan has experience as a Set Decorator on independent films and videos, as well as working as a Production Designer and Art Director on short films in LA. Never being afraid of the otherside of the camera, Bryan co-hosted a cable/satellite youth television show for three years as well as hosting and producing open-mic and comedy events.

Recently he was the lead Web Designer/Developer (January 2007 — December 2008) for Seattle Pacific University in the University Communications department. Designing and building marketing web sites and email campaigns. He also was an adjunct design professor for the university.

He was the Art Director (October 2004 — December 2006) for Organic Bouquet, on the Sausalito waterfront, where he did both print and web design. Duties at Organic Bouquet included package design, web design, email marketing campaigns, PR Kits, print and web advertisments, co-branding and promotional materials.

Launching his design career in 2001, Bryan previously was the Creative Media Producer (February 2001 — October 2004) for Biola University's Enrollment Management Department, creating dynamic multimedia content for Graduate Admissions, Undergraduate Admissions, Parent Relations, Athletics, managing a three-man production team, producing dynamic videos, music and graphics.
